During patient registration processes, examinations, diagnoses, treatments, and care services; your personal data, including but not limited to identity, communication, health, and sexual life, genetic data, is processed.

• Conducting medical diagnosis, treatment, and care services,

In accordance with the PDPL and other related legislation, your personal data can be shared, to the extent required by healthcare services, with legally authorized public institutions and organizations, private health insurance companies, our affiliates, and business partners.

Under the PDPL, as data subjects, you have the right to:

• Learn whether your personal data is processed,
• Request information if your personal data has been processed,
• Know the purpose of processing your personal data and whether it is used in accordance with its purpose,
• Know the third parties to whom your personal data is transferred, either domestically or abroad,
• Request correction if your personal data is processed incompletely or inaccurately,
• Request deletion or destruction of your personal data within the framework of conditions set forth under Article 7 of the PDPL,
• Request notification to the third parties to whom the personal data has been transferred, regarding the exercised rights of correction, deletion, or destruction,
• Object to any result that is to your detriment through analysis of your processed data exclusively by automated systems,
• Claim compensation for the damages resulting from the unlawful processing of your personal data.
